This test calculates the added sugar in your breakfast and snack choices and should only be taken as an average daily intake estimation.
You may be pleasantly surprised, or shocked by your result, but remember, this is only breakfast and snacks, and doesn't include your lunch and evening meal choices which will add to your sugar load!
